GermanUplift is a guidance-led learning platform focused on language, life, and work culture in Germany and Austria. We work with individuals who are relocating, studying, training, or working in German-speaking countries and need real clarity, not promises. Our approach is rooted in lived experience, ethical guidance, and practical understanding of systems.

MEET THE co-FOUNDER & Facilitator

Sahil Joses

Sahil Joses is an engineer by profession who grew up in India and moved to Austria at an early age. He completed his engineering education in Austria, developing strong German language competence while navigating the education and professional system firsthand. With over 10 years of international experience, he has worked with multinational organizations and conducted technical seminars for engineers across different countries.

Through his own journey and global professional exposure, he encountered many young professionals and students—both those planning to move and those already living in Austria—who lacked clarity about language expectations, education pathways, and long-term professional integration. This understanding motivates his work at GermanUplift, where the focus is on guiding individuals toward informed decisions and realistic preparation for education and professional life in Austria and other German-speaking countries.

Co-founder

Princika Sagar

Princika Sagar is a registered nurse in Austria who completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Saraswati Nursing Institute in India. She gained valuable Research experience at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGI), Chandigarh, one of India’s leading public healthcare institutions. After moving to Austria, she personally went through the full nostrification and registration process for healthcare professionals.

Throughout this journey, she experienced firsthand how official procedures often differ from real administrative and clinical realities. Navigating these challenges provided her with a clear, practical understanding of the obstacles international nurses face when entering a new healthcare system. Through her own journey, she came to understand that success in healthcare migration depends on realistic guidance, system clarity, and awareness of real workplace expectations, an insight that shapes the nursing-focused foundation of GermanUplift.
