GermanUplift is an educational guidance initiative focused on language, life, and work culture in Germany and Austria, rooted in lived experience and transparency.

By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Scope and Nature of Services

GermanUplift provides informational guidance, language learning insights (via the 3R Method), cultural orientation, and practical support for relocation, studies, training, or work in German-speaking countries. Services may include:

We are not a visa agency, legal advisor, recruitment service, or guaranteed-success provider. All guidance is informational and based on personal/professional experience — no outcomes (e.g., visa approval, job placement, exam success) are promised or guaranteed.

2. No Guarantees or Liability

As stated in our Disclaimer and Manifesto:

We share knowledge honestly but clearly state limitations.

We do not guarantee any results, admissions, visas, jobs, or integration success.

Reliance on our guidance is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GermanUplift and its founder ([Your Name]) disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, inquiries, or services — including but not limited to loss of opportunities, emotional distress, or financial impacts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including the Manifesto, 3R Method, logos, texts) is owned by GermanUplift or licensed to us. You may view and save for personal reference but not copy, modify, distribute, or use commercially without written consent.

6. Right of Withdrawal (for Future Paid Distance Services)

If we offer paid services at a distance (e.g., online consultations, courses), EU consumer law grants you a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw without reason, starting from contract conclusion (or service start, if later). These Terms are governed by Austrian law (as the founder's base). Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vienna, Austria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for complaints.
